Presbyterian Church (USA)—More than two million people call the Presbyterian Church, (U.S.A.) their spiritual home. Worshipping in 10,000 Presbyterian congregations throughout the United States, they engage the communities in which they live and serve with God’s love.

Presbytery de CristoPresbytery de Cristo is made up of over 7,630 people in 29 different churches located in southern Arizona and western New Mexico. The congregations are found in mining towns, border towns, urban areas, an Indian Nation, and ranching and farming communities. Saint John on the Desert is part of a community of Christ that represents the diversity of the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Synod of the Southwest—The multicultural Synod of the Southwest is comprised of four presbyteries spanning the states of Arizona and New Mexico with over 35,000 members in 164 churches and 14 chapels. Their vision is that "God is weaving the Synod of the Southwest into a tapestry of cultures, peoples and dreams – an "Ojo de Dios” that envisions a future of wholeness, grace and beauty."

Interfaith Community Services—ICS turns the words "faith in action" into reality, filling the gaps for services in Pima County. They serve the needs of the elderly, the disabled, and the disadvantaged.

Presbyterian Border Ministry/Ministerio Interfronterizo Presbyteriano—Presbyterian Border Ministry (PBM), a joint ministry of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and the National Presbyterian Church of Mexico, is called to share a holistic gospel with those who live along the 2,000 mile US/Mexico border. Compañeros en Misión (Partners in Mission) works with churches in the state of Sonora, Mexico and in Arizona.
